The raft flooring concept has been widely tested and proven as an effective concrete flooring system.

By utilising expanded polystyrene pod void formers, unique channels and a series of patented stirrups, Conqra Polyraft floor systems are able to provide a cost effective solution to almost any construction project. In fact the largest pod flooring job ever undertaken in New Zealand is taking advantage of the unique benefits that the Conqra Polyraft floor system offers. This project is the Southland Base hospital and Mental Health Unit. Coming in at just over a staggering 12000m², Fletcher Construction and Arrow International are using the Conqra Polyraft pod floor system.

Conqra's unique relationships with industry leading engineers, building officials, contractors, builders merchants and Bondor New Zealand allows Conqra to offer national coverage for their Polyraft pod flooring system.

Conqra Polyraft floor system can be mounted onto cut and filled sites, in block bases or Polyrock infills and with Conqra Bigfoot piers can be used in expansive clays. Other options include driven piles and concrete piers.
